Open Question: Could we not glow in the 'Light from Many Lamps'?

I am a Hindu myself, and this is what has appealed me from various religious. Christianity - love and forgiveness (Jesus' forgiving His enemies and call to us to forgive others is exemplary.) Islam - unity and brotherhood (Their discipline is worthy of mention too.) Hinduism - freedom of faith (It basically allows you to define how you want to relate with God) Buddhism - the freedom to question their own faith, keeping away from extremes. Sikhism - Concept of enjoying life while it lasts. Jainism - Their reverence for life. (Also, non-violence is their second nature.) Judaism - Their patience and resilience (They have bounced back from all the odds.) Confucianism - cultivation of virtue and the development of moral perfection Shinto - nature worship, spiritualism, inclusiveness Taoism - compassion, humility, and moderation ------- Also, read these excerpts, I recently came across - At the end of the supper, Jesus told His apostles, "I give to you a new commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another". All mythological creatures of the Japanese cultural tradition, of the Buddhist tradition, Christian God, Hindu gods, Islamic Allah, various angels and demons of all faiths among others are considered Kami (spiritual essence) for the purpose of Shinto faith. Confucianism holds that one should give up one's life, if necessary, either passively or actively, for the sake of upholding the cardinal moral values. ------- We have so much to learn from others and offer them in return. Yet, why do we keep bickering over the differences? Why don't we share the best of religions, instead of clashing amongst ourselves? I feel this is such a pity. What are your thoughts on this?...
